APPLIED ANATOMY YOGACLASS: SHOULDER STUDIES
Welcome to a gentle practice that teaches you how to integrate your ribs and a neutral shoulder girdle and connect both to a strong center. We flow through the first steps of how to avoid rib flare forever and train this newfound stabilisation while we reeducate ourselves on all possible arm/rotator cuff movements. Core training and slowly adding heart openers & weight bearing complement this course. I hope you enjoy this applied yoga anatomy class!
