Quiet, calming YIN YOGA CLASSES guide you towards and ability to sustain your awareness as you go within, to breathe consciously and observe mindfully what is happening in the present moment.
This objective inventory of where you are currently at in your life on a physical, emotional and mental level allows for constructive, life-affirming, playful yet focused development.

All VINYASA FLOW yoga classes provide you with the opportunity to actively flood your body with fresh energy, strengthen & stretching it and consciously work on your posture and overall attitude and alignment.
SOMATIC EASY FLOW: Ideal for getting started with energizing Flow Yoga! Strengthening the core, getting to know your body from the inside out, learning to feel and understand the function of the yoga poses: breath and movement unified. WEDNESDAY 5:45 pm to 7:00 pm
SOMATIC FLOW 2: Quickly paced Vinyasa Flow for YogiNIs with previous yoga experience. Core Work, practice of already known postures & acquaint yourself with new asanas (poses) and techniques. Playfully elevate your yoga practice to the next level & experiment with perceived limitations. MONDAY 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm
EASY FLOW & YIN YOGA: Ideal for getting started with energizing Flow & soothing Yin Yoga! Includes Meditation. THURSDAY 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm
All YIN YOGA classes offer abundant relaxation & quiet time for you to become aware of deeper connections of your life and how to effectively influence them. By the ruminant connection of breath and mindfulness in stretching yoga poses you not only work on your physical flexibility but furthermore learn to become aware of your own thought patterns and how to constructively change them.
YIN YOGA: Yoga as Meditation: Learn to allow things to happen, to observe, being passive. Still, mindful work benefiting the fascial network of your body. Simple yoga poses & individual, personal assistance. Suitable for everyone: all Levels. WEDNESDAY 7:30 pm to 8:45 pm
FASCIA & YIN: Same quiet quality work as in Yin Yoga 2 with added fascia stimulating/releasing elements and props. Suitable for everyone: all Levels. TUESDAY 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm

WHERE TO FIND US IN BADEN
Our Yoga Room is situated in a mansion @ Germergasse 17 in Baden. Please use the doorbell "YOGA" and door will open.
Entry is possible 20 minutes prior to a class. Enter the main building in front of you and then immediately walk downstairs where the yoga room is situated.
Arrive approximately 15 - 10 minutes before we start so you have time to change and arrive. There is a small changing room where you also will be able to store your things if necessary. Namasté.
