Our cruise through paradise is accompanied by daily morning VINYASA FLOW yoga classes and relaxing YIN YOGA classes at night. All classes are 90 minutes long, offering you abundant time to find and center yourself in the inner space of your body, guide your breath and unite it with movement in the outer world.

Both Yin & Yang Yoga sessions are intelligently designed and built upon progressively interacting themes that can support your understanding of your inner & outer journey. Precise explanations of function and effects of yoga poses, continuously deepening yoga classes, personal correction of your body in space based on your individual anatomy and inspiration for the soul ensure that your YOGA & DIVE journey becomes a profoundly enriching, deeply moving personal adventure and experience.

THEMES

DAY 1 | ARRIVE & AWARE

Arriving, create physically more space for breath and experience, learn to relax deeply.

DAY 2 | GET READY FOR ACTION

Learning how to work from your core to release your back, strengthen your arms, stretching your legs and mobilising your ankles, breath exercises (Pranayama).

DAY 3 | TRUST YOU BODY (“BUDDY”)

Individual Yoga Asana practice and playful Partner Yoga, dynamic aspects of a Yin Yoga practice, hip openers.

DAY 4| PEAK! SWEAT & CORE

Explore new challenges with support and in a playful mindset: Inversions and finding balance on our arms with the help of our strong core. Full body relaxation “Yoga Nidra”.

DAY 5 | ENJOY BEING

Sensually becoming aware of the power of the elements in your body, Wall Yin Yoga, Chakra Meditation.

DAY 6 | A NEW BEGINNING

Reminding ourselves how to calmly and powerfully flow with the steady stream of our lives in the here and now, learning to cultivate connection to ourselves and others, honouring community with a supportive “heart charging” experience. Celebrating the completion of our journey together - ready to take it to the next level!
