Continuous personal supervision and correction of alignment will give you in a shorter amount of time more information about what you currently need to focus on in your Yoga Practice.

Together we address and explore the “what is” (anatomically and energetically) so your individual holistic balance can be found and maintained. This will ensure that you can continue to flow smoothly on your own evolutionary path.

Your Personal Yoga Training can be entirely tailored to your own needs and desires and be purely physical (as in personal training) or incorporate subtle anatomy (meridians and marmas), certain types of pranayama (breath exercises) and meditation. 

It can be as fiery and active as you want or as peaceful and calming as you need. Just let me know what you’re looking for and I will craft your IDEAL PERSONAL YOGA SESSION according to your needs and in alignment with your highest good from the vast repertoire of my knowledge!

Nothing more is being asked from you – which can be a huge relief for people who are very active and used to do “everything on their own”.

As you find space to reconnect to the present tensions, there is someone there (me!) who reminds you of that you are being supported and that it’s Ok to let go.

    Our Yoga session can take place in the COMFORT OF YOUR HOME or in my OWN HOME STUDIO close to Baden/Wien (yoga room & props available).

    PERSONAL YOGA CLASSES IN VIENNA: 
    Our Yoga session will be held at Therapiezentrum Grüngasse, 1050 Wien.

    1 Session = 60 minutes
    Price: 65.- Euro

YOGA PERSONAL TRAINING AT HOME:
No additional Travel Expenses for Baden & Bad Vöslau.

    LATEST CANCELLATION is possible ONLY UNTIL 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE AGREED DATE and time of session.
